Refunds and Returns

Note: Crystals are a natural formation from the earth. This means that there will be a variation in color, size, cut, shape, markings, and indentations with ALL products in this store.

We provide a 30 day money back guarantee*** if your item is delivered damaged or if your order has exceeded an estimated delivery time (see Shipping Policy).

***delays due to holiday periods and the customs process are exempt.

If a charge-back or refund is lodged, we lose control and the ability to settle your funds upon request, as the dispute is taken to the merchant or the bank for resolution, and we are no longer responsible for the time frame of the processing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
These include but are not limited to:
  • Order confirmation e-mail
  • Order number 
  • Your designated e-mail corresponding to the purchase of the order

Please do not send your purchase back, just enquire with us for a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have arrived damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
